This extension milling head features an NT50 spindle with a direct-drive speed ratio of 1:1 and supports a maximum cutter diameter of 150 mm. It offers a maximum spindle speed of 2000 rpm. Two extension models are available: IK-E93A with a 305 mm extension length and a weight of 85 kg, and IK-E95A with a 505 mm extension and a weight of 95 kg. Designed for deep cavity and recessed area machining, this head delivers full power and speed without transmission loss. Its rigid construction ensures minimal deflection and vibration, making it ideal for mold, die, aerospace, and structural component applications. Manufactured in Taiwan with a 1-year warranty (excluding user-induced damage).
