The VB-127/147/157 machines offer X-/Y-/Z travels of 1200×720×610 mm (VB-127) or 1400×720×680 mm (VB-147) or 1500×720×680 mm (VB-157), with spindle-nose-to-table clearances from 150–760 mm to 150–830 mm. Work tables measure 1350×700 mm on the VB-127 and 1550×700 mm on the VB-147/157, carrying 1400 kg and 1500 kg respectively. Spindles are BT-40 (10 000 rpm/15 kW) or optional BT-50 (6 000 rpm/18.5 kW), belt-driven. Axis rapid traverses are 15/15/12 m/min (X/Y/Z) with cutting feeds to 10 m/min, powered by 4 kW servos on each axis. The 24-tool ATC handles tools up to Ø80 mm (Ø127 mm without adjacent), 350 mm (BT-40) or 400 mm (BT-50) long, weighing up to 7 kg (15 kg). Overall machine footprints range from 3490×3030 mm to 3800×3030 mm (L×W), height 2685 mm; net weights span ~9700–12 000 kg and power draw is 30 kVA. The VB-158, VB-178 and VB-208 models provide X-/Y-/Z travels of 1500×850×750 mm, 1700×850×750 mm and 2000×850×750 mm, respectively, with a 150–900 mm spindle-nose-to-table range. Work tables measure 1700×700 mm (1800 kg), 1900×800 mm (2200 kg) and 2100×800 mm (2400 kg), all fitted with 22×6×125 mm T-slots. Axis rapid traverses are 15/15/12 m/min (X/Y/Z) with max cutting feeds to 10 m/min, powered by 4.5 kW servos on each axis. The 24-tool ATC supports Ø80 mm (Ø127 mm no-neighbor) tools up to 350 mm/400 mm long, 7 kg/15 kg, with 1.8 s/3.2 s tool-to-tool times.
