The spindle features an NT50 taper with a spindle nose diameter of Ø128.6 mm. Available motor options include a 12.5 HP or 15 HP, 4-pole motor. Spindle speed is controlled via a 9-stage gearbox (3 ranges × 3 steps), delivering speeds at 50Hz of A: 66 / 375 / 166 rpm, B: 116 / 662 / 291 rpm, C: 83 / 493 / 216 rpm, and at 60Hz of A: 80 / 450 / 200 rpm, B: 140 / 795 / 350 rpm, C: 100 / 592 / 260 rpm. The maximum cutter diameter is 250 mm, with vertical travel of 460 mm (200 mm upward, 260 mm downward). Rapid travel is powered by a 0.4 kW (0.5 HP), 3-phase, 4-pole motor with a 1/40 gear ratio, providing a feed rate of 177 mm/min at 50Hz and 218 mm/min at 60Hz. Reversal slide feed is 2 mm/rev, and precision feed adjustment is 0.02 mm. Standard accessories include either the 12.5 HP or 15 HP spindle motor and the AC rapid travel motor. Optional accessories include a pneumatic blade locking device, bearing guide screw, and pneumatic leveler. Compatible multi-angle and extension heads include the IK-A90 Angular Head, IK-D90 Deep Head, IK-U90 Universal Head, IK-N90 Angular Head, IK-U45 Universal Head, and IK-E93-A / IK-E95-A Extension Heads. The product is made in Taiwan, weighs approximately 558 kg, and includes a 1-year warranty (excluding user-caused damage).
