This CNC vertical gear head features a BT50 spindle type with a maximum speed of 6000 rpm and dual-speed gear shifting (high and low). The gear ratio in high gear is 1:1 and 1:4 in low gear, with a base speed of 375 rpm. The spindle-to-connector distance is 470 mm. Two motor options are available depending on application load: 11 kW / 15 HP with a spindle diameter of Ø48 mm, or 22 kW / 30 HP with a spindle diameter of Ø55 mm. Gear shifting occurs at 1500 rpm. Electric compatibility is provided for either motor. Standard accessories include the selected spindle motor, lock knife block, gear shift cylinder, and oil pressure pipe. Optional accessories include a CNC gear milling head (vertical type, 6000 rpm, BT50). Please note: servo motor is not included. Customers must specify spindle motor size upon ordering.
