- In addition to the above features, this product can be paired with the IK-N95 semi-automatic hydraulic rotary table, enabling automatic rotation for multi-angle processing (IK-U90+N95 / 90° semi-automatic right-angle milling head).
The IK 90° Universal Milling Head features an NT50 spindle with a direct-drive 1:1 speed ratio, supporting a maximum cutter diameter of 150 mm. It is available in two speed configurations: 800 rpm for high-torque applications and 2000 rpm for precision machining. With dual-axis articulation, it enables complex angle cutting while preserving full power transmission. Designed for large-diameter tooling and deep-access operations, the unit weighs approximately 118 kg. Manufactured in Taiwan, the product includes a 1-year warranty excluding user-induced damage.
