The CNC milling head features an ISO 50 spindle type and offers motor options of 18.5 kW / 25 HP (recommended) or 22 kW / 30 HP (optional), with a maximum spindle speed of 6000 rpm. The spindle nose length is selectable between 90 mm and 190 mm. The Z-axis provides 1000 mm of travel, supported by a Ø50 mm ball screw with a 10 mm pitch, and is recommended to be driven by a 7 kW / 9.4 HP servo motor. The unit weighs approximately 2,300 kg and utilizes square guideways for both Y and Z axes. Standard accessories include the CNC Gear-Type Plano Milling Head (4500 RPM / BT50), ladder slide, Z-axis drawbar, counterweight cylinder, wiper, lock knife block with lock/unlock sensor, gear shift cylinder with high/low gear sensor, spindle positioning sensor, splash guard, and oil pressure pipe. Optional accessories include a CNC Gear-Type Milling Head (6000 RPM / BT50), IK-N90 angular head, and the IK-N90 + N95 combination head. Motors are not included and must be specified. Recommended spindle motor is 18.5 or 22 kW, and Z-axis motor is 7 kW. Made in Taiwan. Warranty: 1 year (excluding user-induced damage).
