The spindle is equipped with an NT50 taper and a nose diameter of Ø128.6 mm, powered by a 15 HP servo motor. It features a 2-stage gearbox for speed control, offering a low range of 0–1000 rpm and a high range of 994–2000 rpm at 50 Hz. The drive system includes a 15 kW (20 HP) variable-frequency drive. The working range allows for a maximum cutter diameter of 200 mm and vertical travel of 600 mm (300 mm up / 300 mm down). Rapid travel is driven by a 0.4 kW (0.5 HP) AC motor, 3-phase, 4-pole, with a 1/40 gear ratio, delivering feed rates of 177 mm/min at 50 Hz and 218 mm/min at 60 Hz. The reversal slide feed is 2 mm/rev, and the precision feed adjustment is 0.01 mm. Standard accessories include a 15 HP servo spindle motor, rapid travel AC motor, oil cooler for hydraulic/lubrication system (P-BO-750P2TSB-192), and a variable-frequency drive. The unit is manufactured in Taiwan, has an approximate weight of 638 kg, and comes with a 1-year warranty (excluding user-induced damage).
