The spindle uses an NT50 taper with a nose diameter of Ø128.6 mm. Motor options include 12.5 HP or 15 HP, both 4-pole. Spindle speeds are controlled via a 6-stage gearbox, delivering speeds at 50Hz of 105 / 166 / 217 / 325 / 450 / 680 rpm and at 60Hz of 130 / 200 / 260 / 390 / 540 / 815 rpm. The maximum cutter diameter is 200 mm. Vertical travel is 650 mm (150 mm upward / 500 mm downward). Rapid travel is driven by a 0.75 kW (1 HP) 3-phase, 4-pole motor with a 1/20 gear ratio, providing feed rates of 358 mm/min at 50Hz and 428 mm/min at 60Hz. Reversal slide feed is 0.5 mm/rev and precision feed adjustment is 0.01 mm. Standard accessories include either the 12.5 HP or 15 HP spindle motor and the rapid travel AC motor. Optional accessories include a pneumatic blade locking device, bearing guide screw, and pneumatic leveler. Multi-angle machining heads available include IK-A90 Angular Head, IK-D90 Deep Head, IK-U90 Universal Head, and IK-U45 Universal Head. The product is made in Taiwan, has an approximate weight of 800 kg, and includes a 1-year warranty (excluding user-induced damage).
