  • Compact 3-axis vertical machining centers in three sizes (SV-50S, SV-65S, SV-76S) for small-to-medium workpieces

  • Travels from 500×430×420 mm up to 760×430×450 mm, with generous Z-axis clearance (100–520 mm on SV-50S/65S, 150–600 mm on SV-76S)

  • High-speed BT40 direct-drive spindle, 10 000 rpm, driven by a 5.5 kW standard or 7.5 kW optional motor

  • Arm-type 20-station ATC with 1.5 s tool-to-tool change; handles Ø75 mm tools (Ø150 mm without neighbors), up to 200 mm long and 5 kg

  • Rapid traverses up to 48 m/min (Mitsubishi control) or 36 m/min (Fanuc), cutting feeds 1–12 m/min

  • Rigid casting with 14×3×125 mm T-slots; table sizes 700×400 to 860×420 mm, load capacity 250 kg (SV-50S/65S) or 300 kg (SV-76S)

  • Choice of Mitsubishi (1.5/1.5/2.0 kW) or Fanuc (1.6/1.6/3.0 kW) servos for X/Y/Z axes

  • Small footprint: from 1650×2575×2480 mm up to 2000×2520×2600 mm; net weights 2950–3700 kg

  • Utilities: 15 kVA power, 5–7 bar air; standard coolant system, work lamp, splash guard

The SV-50S, SV-65S and SV-76S offer X/Y/Z travels of 500×430×420 mm, 650×430×420 mm and 760×430×450 mm with spindle-nose-to-table ranges of 100–520 mm (SV-50S/65S) or 150–600 mm (SV-76S). Worktables measure 700×400 mm, 750×400 mm or 860×420 mm with 14×3×125 mm T-slots and load capacities of 250 kg (SV-50S/65S) or 300 kg (SV-76S). A BT40 direct-drive spindle runs at 10 000 rpm, powered by 5.5 kW standard (7.5 kW optional) motors. Axis rapid traverses reach 48 m/min under Mitsubishi control (36 m/min Fanuc) on SV-50S/65S, and 36 m/min on SV-76S; cutting feedrates are 1–12 m/min. Servo motors are Mitsubishi 1.5/1.5/2.0 kW or Fanuc 1.6/1.6/3.0 kW. The 20-tool arm ATC accommodates Ø75 mm (Ø150 mm no-adjacent) tools up to 200 mm long and 5 kg, with 1.5 s tool-to-tool change. Machine footprints range from 1650×2575×2480 mm (SV-50S, 2950 kg) and 1900×2575×2480 mm (SV-65S, 3200 kg) to 2000×2520×2600 mm (SV-76S, 3700 kg). Utilities include 15 kVA power and 5–7 bar air.
