The spindle features an NT50 taper with a nose diameter of Ø128.6 mm. Motor options include 15 HP or 20 HP, both 4-pole. Speed control is provided by a 9-stage mechanical gearbox (3 ranges × 3 steps). Spindle speeds at 50Hz are: A: 412 / 739 / 554 rpm, B: 69 / 125 / 94 rpm, C: 183 / 329 / 246 rpm; and at 60Hz: A: 495 / 887 / 665 rpm, B: 83 / 150 / 113 rpm, C: 220 / 395 / 296 rpm. The maximum cutter diameter is 250 mm, and vertical travel is 600 mm (360 mm up / 240 mm down). Rapid travel is powered by a 0.4 kW (0.5 HP), 3-phase, 4-pole motor with a 1/40 gear ratio, delivering a feed rate of 175 mm/min at 50Hz and 215 mm/min at 60Hz. Reversal slide feed is 2.5 mm/rev, and precision feed adjustment is 0.02 mm. Standard accessories include either the 15 HP or 20 HP spindle motor and the rapid travel AC motor. Optional accessories include a pneumatic blade locking device, bearing guide screw, and pneumatic leveler. Supported multi-angle heads include the IK-A90 Angular Head, IK-D90 Deep Head, IK-U90 Universal Head, and IK-U45 Universal Head. The product is made in Taiwan, weighs approximately 752 kg, and includes a 1-year warranty (excluding user-induced damage).
