This milling head is equipped with an NT50 spindle taper and a spindle nose diameter of Ø128.6 mm. Motor options include 10 HP or 12.5 HP, both 4-pole. The spindle runs through a 6-step gearbox providing speeds of 102 / 153 / 229 / 345 / 469 / 705 rpm at 50Hz and 123 / 184 / 275 / 414 / 563 / 846 rpm at 60Hz. It supports a maximum cutter diameter of 200 mm and vertical travel of 398 mm (298 mm upward and 100 mm downward). Rapid feed is driven by a 0.4 kW (0.5 HP) 3-phase, 4-pole AC motor with a 1/40 gear ratio, producing feed rates of 177 mm/min (50Hz) and 218 mm/min (60Hz). Reversal slide feed is 2 mm/rev, with a precision feed of 0.01 mm. Standard equipment includes either a 10 HP or 12.5 HP spindle motor and a rapid travel AC motor. Optional accessories include a pneumatic blade locking device, bearing guide screw, and pneumatic leveler. Additional compatible multi-angle heads include the IK-A90 angular head, IK-D90 deep head, IK-U90 universal head, and IK-U45 universal head. Approximate unit weight is 508 kg.
